NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Beaumont will conduct public hearings to consider the matter described below. The Planning Commission’s public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at 550 East Sixth Street, Beaumont, California.  

PLOT PLAN NO. PP2021-0335 & VARIANCE NO.  V2021-0092 (TERRA-GEN), Conduct a public hearing and consideration of a request to construct and operate a lithium-ion battery energy storage facility on 6.9 acres of manufacturing zoned property located on the east side of Veile Avenue, south of the Maraschino substation located on the southeast corner of 4th Street and Veile Avenue (417-110-012, 417-130-012 & 417-130-005). The proposed application exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and prepared 15183 Exemption Checklist.     

The applicant for this project is Beaumont ESS, LLC

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Beaumont will conduct a Public Hearing to consider a the first reading of an ordinance to amend Chapter 8.12 (Solid Waste Management) of the City of Beaumont Municipal Code to bring the City into compliance with Senate Bill 1383 (2015-2016) and the corresponding regulations. The purpose is to include organic waste recycling to be in compliant with SB 1383 

On November 2, 2021, at approximately 6:00 p.m. at the City of Beaumont Council meeting, held at the City of Beaumont Civic Center, 550 E 6th Street, Beaumont, Ca 92223, the Council will conduct a public hearing to receive testimony and comments from all interested persons. Public comments can be made in person, using the public comment phone line or by written email. The vacation of this portion of public street will be conducted in accordance to the California Streets and Highway Code Chapter 3, Section 8320-8325. 

On November 2, 2021, at approximately 6:00 p.m. at the City of Beaumont Council meeting, held at the City of Beaumont Civic Center, 550 E 6th Street, Beaumont, Ca 92223, the Council will conduct a public hearing to receive testimony and comments from all interested persons. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Beaumont will conduct a Public Hearing to consider a resolution establishing the fee schedule for the transportation uniform mitigation fee (TUMF) on future residential, commercial, and industrial development. These fees provide additional funding needed to enlarge the capacity of the Regional System of Highways and Arterials necessary due to new development in Western Riverside County.
