The City of Beaumont announces that Police Chief Sean Thuilliez will depart the Beaumont Police Department to accept a new leadership role with the City of Tustin. Chief Thuilliez has served the Beaumont community with dedication and distinction, and the city expresses its deepest appreciation for 18 years of dedicated service.
Chief Thuilliez has been a vital part of the City of Beaumont Police Department, leading with integrity, innovation, and a strong commitment to public safety. Since his appointment as Chief in 2015, he has spearheaded numerous initiatives, including succession development, citizens academy, crime reduction efforts, and community policing initiatives such as commercial enforcement and the K9 program.
“It has been an honor to serve the people of Beaumont and to work alongside the incredible men and women of the Beaumont Police Department,” said Chief Thuilliez. “While I am excited about this next season in my professional journey, I will always cherish my time here and the relationships built with the community and my colleagues.”
