Each year as part of the budgetary process, the City Council reviews and adopts a Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) pursuant to the California Government Code. The City of Beaumont has developed a comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan, encompassing the need for future expansion, for the continued growth of the city and to provide our residents with the necessary retail, commercial, and recreational amenities to continue building a vibrant and active community.
