CFD Prepayments

Any property owner interested in preparing their Community Facilities District (CFD) Facilities Specialist Tax obligation can follow the linked instructions below to initiate a prepayment request. The City of Beaumont (the "City") has made every effort to streamline the process and provide comprehensive information to assist property owners in determining whether they wish to proceed with a formal prepayment request. Please review the linked information carefully.

Please note only the Facilities Special Taxes may be prepaid. Service Special Taxes are not eligible for prepayment and will remain on your annual property tax bill.
